Los Consejos Consultivos son foros de participación social, espacios de expresión y propuestas ciudadanas reunidos en el seno de COPLADEM para deliberar, proponer, planear y/o evaluar los temas del sector del ciudadano.
Es asi que el XXIV Ayuntamiento de Ensenada, Baja California a través del Comité de Planeación para el Desarrollo Municipal (COPLADEM) esta realizando la instalación e integración sus 26 Consejos Consultivos secotriales y 3 delegacionales.
